Burnpur Cement has informed that as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration to the Stock Exchanges of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2022.
