Kec International has informed that pursuant to the Code of fair disclosure, internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trading by Insiders ('the Code') of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons, and other Designated Persons & their immediate relatives shall remain closed from January 1, 2023, till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results by the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2022.
