Rhi Magnesita India has informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 1 January 2023. The trading window shall be opened 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31 December 2022 would be declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchanges.
