Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) and in terms of the Company's Policy on ‘Prohibition of Insider Trading’, Parag Milk Food has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the date of declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately.
