Pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders in Securities of the Company, Triveni Engineering & Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2022 to the stock exchanges. The date of Board meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated in due course.
