Pondy Oxides & Chemicals has received an approval for purchase of 1.36 acres of land located at G-1, Sipcot Industrial Park, Sriperumbudhur, Kancheepuram District in Tamil Nadu for a consideration of Rs 2.07 crore approximately for its future expansion programme. The board at its meeting held on February 09, 2013 has approved for the same.

Pondy Oxides & Chemicals is one of the India's leading metallic oxides and plastic additives producers. The company has also promoted a subsidiary company by the name Baschem Pharma at Maraimalai Nagar in Tamil Nadu to manufacture liquid stabilizers Epoxy oil and paint driers.
