Sangam (India) has informed that pursuant to the provisions SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of such Audited/Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/ nine-months ended 31st December, 2022 for all the Directors, Designated Persons & their relatives including all insiders and 'the connected persons' with the Company. The date of Board meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Audited/ Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/ nine-months ended 31st December, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
