Lotus Eye Hospital and Institute has informed that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading ) regulations 2015 read with BSE Circular Ref No LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and as per the terms of Code of Internal Procedures and conduct for regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the company, the trading window for dealing in the Company shares will remain closed from January 1st , 2023 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results for the quarter ending on 31st December 2022 for specified designated persons as defined in the code. The same has been informed to the Directors and designated persons of the Company. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31st 2022 will be intimated in the due course.
