AJR Infra And Tolling has informed that pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with circular nos. NSE/CML/2019/11 and LIST/COMP/ 01/2019-20 both dated 2nd April, 2019 issued by the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE respectively the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2023 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine-months ended 31st December, 2022. Further to its letter dated 30 September, 2022 pursuant to which the trading window closure is already under implementation with reference to financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September, 2022.
