PNC Infratech has informed that pursuant to PNC Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for designated employees, specified person and connected person shall remain closed from 1st January 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated.
