Elixir Capital has informed that in terms of Company 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' read with BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed with immediate effect i.e. Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022.
