Steel Strips Wheels has informed that the promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 97974020 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels, which is 62.60% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 15418530 equity shares were pledged which is 9.85% of total paid up capital of the company and 15.74% of total promoter shareholding. On 31.12.2022, 1800000 shares were released from pledge. Accordingly, now the total number of shares pledged has reduced to 13618530 which is 8.70% of the total paid up capital of the company and 13.90% of the total promoter shareholding.
