In compliance with Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has informed that the trading window for dealing/ trading in the securities of the Company, and has/shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and the persons with whom they have material financial relationship (‘Designated Persons’) from 1st January 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending 31st December 2022 are made public. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities in any manner during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
