The date of Board Meeting for declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2022 shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all promoters and Promoter Group, Directors, KMPs, Connected / Designated Persons of the company have been advised not to deal in the shares of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
