Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, NEO Infracon has confirmed securities received from the depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter ended 31st December, 2022, were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories and that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed. The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent - Purva Sharegistry (India) shall process the requests received during the period within 15 days after due verification. The Company has enclosed a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 during the quarter ended 31.12.2022.
