Orosil Smiths India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/01/2023, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 03rd quarter and nine-months ended on December 31, 2022. Further, as intimated by letter dated December 30, 2022, the trading window in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has already been closed with effect from January 01, 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial results for the 03rd quarter and nine-months ended on December 31, 2022. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall now re-open after 48 hours of declaration of Financial Results.
