Future Supply Chain Solutions has confirmed that the admission of petition under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (the Code) before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench (NCLT). The company informed that the Hon’ble NCLT has pronounced its Order on January 05, 2023, allowing the admission of the said petition of DHL Ecommerce (India) on for default of outstanding amount payable to operational creditor.
