In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, Shiva Cement has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 20, 2023, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. In terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the insider trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the designated persons, as defined in code, from January 1, 2023 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022, become generally available.
