With reference to the intimation letter dated 28th February, 2022 regarding initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the Corporate Debtor and appointment of Pardeep Kumar Sethi bearing IBBI Reg. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00711/2017-18/11265 as the Interim Resolution Professional vide an order of Hon'ble NCLT, Delhi Bench dated 23rd February, 2022.
