Adani Transmission has acquired entire total issued, paid-up and subscribed Equity Share Capital of WRSR Power Transmission. The main aim of acquisition is to establish Transmission System for ISTS Network Expansion scheme in Western Region & Southern Region for export of surplus power during high RE scenario in Southern Region. Earlier, the company had entered into share purchase agreement with REC Power Development and Consultancy to acquire 100% Equity Share Capital of WRSR Power Transmission.
