With reference to its letter dated 28th December, 2022 regarding closure of trading window, Relaxo Footwears has informed that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code for prohibition of insider trading of the Company, the last date of closure period of trading window has been extended from Friday, 3rd February, 2023 till Monday, 6th February, 2023. This is for the purpose of tentative Board Meeting re-scheduled to be held on Saturday, 4th February, 2023.
