Subramaniakumar, he was not holding directorship in any listed entity as of the date of resignation. The necessary information as per SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 read with Regulation 30-Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure-II. This is in compliance under Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
