Sejal Glass surges on getting nod to raise fund through QIP

Sejal Glass is currently trading at Rs. 262.00, up by 3.00 points or 1.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 259.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 259.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 268.00 and Rs. 258.00 respectively. So far 3137 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 517.45 on 05-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 43.45 on 19-Jan-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 268.00 and Rs. 247.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 264.62 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 90.50%, while Non-Institutions held 9.50% stake in the company.

Sejal Glass has received approval from Board of Directors to raise funds by issue of Equity Shares through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) for an aggregate sum not exceeding Rs 90 crore, in one or more tranches on such terms and conditions as may be required. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 18, 2023, has approved the same.
