Hindustan Zinc reports 20% fall in Q3 consolidated net profit

Hindustan Zinc has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2022 (Q3FY23).

The company has reported a fall of 20.14% in its net profit at Rs 2,157 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2,701 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company marginally decreased 0.65% at Rs 8,215 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 8,269 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported fall of 20.18% in its net profit at Rs 2,156 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2,701 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company marginally decreased 0.67% at Rs 8,214 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 8,269 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
