NB Footwear informs about board meeting intimation

NB Footwear has informed pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that meeting no. 04/2022-23 of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 03, 2023 to consider and to take on record the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2022. Further in terms of ‘Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’ adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company that was closed for all designated persons from January 01, 2023, shall be re-open on Sunday, February 05, 2023 after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2022. This notice is also available at the website of Company (@aww.nbfootwear.in).
