In compliance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Karur Vysya Bank has informed that United Forum of Bank Unions IUFBUI, in which Workmen Union and Officer Association of the Bank are affiliated, have given a call for Strike on Monday, January 30, 2023 and Tuesday, January 31, 2023. If the strike call materializes, Workmen and Officers of its Bank may take part in the proposed strike on the said dates, in which occasion the normal working of the branches/offices of the Bank may get affected.
