Century Textiles & Industries has raised Rs 400 crore through the allotment of 40,000, 7.97% Unsecured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debenture (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis. The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on January 30, 2023, has approved the allotment of the same.
