Further, with reference to its letter having ref. no. AW/SEC/BSE/2022-23/86 dated December 30, 2022 and in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are disclosed to the Stock Exchanges.
