The notice is being submitted pursuant to regulations 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing obligations & disclosure requirements) regulations, 2018. It has further informed that as per the Company's Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for the Specified Persons till 9th February, 2022.
