As communicated vide its earlier Letter No. BASML/SEC/1213/SE’S/2022-23 dated 26.12.2022, the trading window of the Company will remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31.12.2022 i.e., 1.1.2023 to 16.2.2023.
