Catvision Products has inked a joint venture (JV) agreement with Unitron Group NV, a Belgium based company to set up a joint venture company (JVC) in India to develop AV Encoders for cable television industry.
The board of the company at its meeting held on February 14, 2013 has approved for the same. The board has also approved the revised and enhanced working capital facilities extended to the company by Axis Bank.
Catvision Products offers a range of products and services targeted at the cable and satellite television market in India. Primary customer segments are cable and satellite TV operators, premium hotels, residential complexes and shopping malls.
