Noida Toll Bridge Company has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended, December 31, 2022. Further, in accordance with NTBCL's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (‘Code') read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed and shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results. The closure of Trading Window has been informed to the Designated Persons covered by the Code.
