Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015) and in furtherance of letter dated 29th December, 2022 regarding the execution of a definitive agreement by the Company for acquiring 8,57,65,631 equity shares representing 76% of the total paid-up equity share capital (fully diluted basis) of DR Axion India, Craftsman Automation has informed that the Company has completed the acquisition of the 76% equity stake in DR Axion India on 1st February, 2023.
