Pursuant to the Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for the persons specified under the Code of Conduct, is closed since 1st January 2023 and will open after 48 hours of the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022.
