Pursuant to Regulation 39 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Listing Regulations'), Banco Products (India) has informed that it enclosed the intimation received from Linkintime India, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company, regarding lost/misplaced share certificate(s) of the Company for which the shareholders/legal heir have requested for issue of duplicate share certificate(s). As required under the applicable Listing Rules and Regulations, the RTA on behalf of the Company shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholders after compliance of required formalities.
