Oberoi Realty has successfully concluded the transaction with Blue Star (BSL) for acquiring the lands admeasuring approximately 32,204 square meters (approximately 8 acres) located at Pokhran Road 2, Thane, Maharashtra. The company has paid the entire consideration of Rs 192.31 crore to BSL, taken possession of the property, and registered the conveyance for the said lands on February 2, 2023. The above lands purchased from BSL are adjoining the existing lands owned by the Company admeasuring approximately 2,40,140 square meters (approximately 60 acres).
