In reference to email dated 3rd February 2023, asking the company to provide clarification on the news appearing in the 'Media/Publication', which appeared in the 'www.rediff.com' dated February 02, 2023, titled 'Bangladesh keen to revise Adani Power deal', Adani Power has informed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Power (Jharkhand) ('APJL') has received a communication from the Bangladesh Power Development Board ('BPDB') requesting to consider a discount on the energy charge as per the Power Purchase Agreement ('PPA'). The company clarified that receipt of communication can't be a trigger for disclosure as no response has been made or any view communicated on the same. It added that no PPA amendment is under consideration.
