Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed its fourth hotel in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. This is a conversion and will be rebranded Vivanta after extensive renovations. The hotel will be operational in 2024.
The 94 key hotel is strategically situated on Golmuri Road in the centre of the city. It is surrounded by major steel, automotive and manufacturing companies. Other facilities at the hotel will include an all-day diner, specialty and roof top restaurants, bar, swimming pool and a fitness centre. It will also offer over 1,000 sq. mt. of banqueting space spread across three halls. With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have four hotels across Vivanta and Ginger brands in Jharkhand including one under development.
