Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cyber Media (India) has informed that, based upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on February 07, 2023, has approved the appointment of Varun Jain, as an Additional Director, and Non-Executive Independent Director subject to approval of shareholders. The company has affirmed that Varun Jain is not debarred from holding the office of a director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other such authority. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure.
