The Debentures are listed with the Bombay Stock Exchange under the ISIN No: INE512U07011 with Scrip Code 953587 and Security 10: 2TRL19. Pursuant to the same, Truewin Realty has made the requisite disclosures relating to the Settlement Agreement to BSE on 8th February 2023.
