Samvardhana Motherson International has received an approval for the issuance of Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, for an aggregate principal amount of up to Rs 3000 crore on a private placement basis, in one or more series/ tranches to certain eligible investors. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 8, 2023, has approved the same.
