Hotel Leelaventure has executed an agreement to sell the company’s IT Park building located in Chennai for a consideration of Rs 170.17 crore. The company has executed the agreement for sale with Reliance Industries on February 18, 2013. Last year in November, the company had received the board approval for the same.
Hotel Leelaventure operates hotels and resorts in India. It also operates spas; and offers facilities for meetings and events, weddings, and social celebrations. The company’s portfolio includes luxury hotels and resorts primarily in Mumbai, Bangalore, Goa, Kovalam, Gurgaon, and Udaipur.
