Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure has informed that for optimum use of resources the company has decided to merge operations of Kala-Amb Unit into its Panipat Unit. The entire workforce affected by this move is being relocated to other plant location or paid as per Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 along with all other statutory dues. The primary objective of this action is to harvest benefits of economies of scale by curtailing overall expenditure simultaneously increasing capacity utilization. The Plant and machinery of our Kala Amb Unit shall be relocated to Panipat Plant.
