Indowind Energy has informed that Rights Issue Committee in its meeting held today ie., 9th February 2023 discussed all relevant point’s and took note of the problems faced by the shareholders’ difficulty in submitting the application digitally. The Committee has decided to accede to the request of the shareholders / investors and accordingly decided to extend the issue closing date by two weeks as given below: Off-Market Renunciation period up to 23rd February 2023; The revised closing date of Rights Issue: 24th February 2023.
