Urja Global has received an approval for setting up of Urja Kendra in each district PAN India and emphasized focus on Business Segment - Solar. The board of company at its meeting held on February 13, 2013 has approved for the same.
The board has also authorized the company secretary for making application for land in the identified two districts i.e. Mahasamund and Saraipali in the state of Chhattisgarh for setting up of solar panel and product manufacturing unit and 25 MW solar projects with reference to the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Government of Chhattisgarh.
