Indiamart Intermesh, C.E. Info Systems and Jubilant FoodWorks to see some action today

Indiamart Intermesh has entered into an agreement to invest around Rs 8 crore in Mobisy Technologies by subscribing 80,000 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs). This investment is in line with the company’s long term objective of offering various software as a service (SAAS) based solutions for businesses. The aggregate shareholding of the company currently stands at 25.08%. However, post investment shareholding through the subscription of the said CCDs shall depend on the conversion event of the CCDs.

C.E. Info Systems (MapmyIndia) has made a strategic investment in Indrones Solutions (Indrones), a leading end-to-end drone solutions startup. Indrones has been a leading drone company and drone service provider in the country and with the new funding, the company will scale up operations, expand its thousands of hours of flying experience, be able to deliver more and larger projects for customers, and build next-gen autonomous and reliable drones that push the boundaries of what is possible with drone technologies. The strategic investment from MapmyIndia will be used to improve its products and offerings further and help the company develop digital solutions in the drone sector at par with global standards.

Bansal Roofing Products is all set to commence commercial production at Phase-II of company's new Unit i.e. unit -II situated at Paiki -2, Samlaya Sherpura Road, Near KEC, Village: Pratapnagar, Taluka: Savli, District: Vadodara, Gujarat, from February 14, 2023. Further, the company has started construction activity at Phase-III of unit- II. 

KPI Green Energy has signed new long term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for sale of solar power. The  agreements are for cumulative capacity of 8.55 MWdc (Megawatt Direct Current) / 6.40 MWac (Megawatt Alternating Current) out of which 1.70 MWdc/2.05 MWac is direct under the Company, 3.80 MWdc/2.76 MWac in KPIG Energia and 2.50 MWdc/1.94 MWac in Sun Drops Energia, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company.

AVT Natural Products has planned to set up a 100% wholly owned subsidiary Company in Dubai, UAE. The proposed Subsidiary will be the marketing arm of the AVT Natural Products for marketing the Animal nutrition products, Instant tea, food additives, cosmetic and nutraceutical ingredients. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 13, 2023 has decided the same.

Godrej Industries has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2022 (Q3FY23). The company has reported net profit of Rs 78.37 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to net loss of Rs 25.71 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income of the company increased by 22.20% to Rs 1164.06 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 952.56 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. On the consolidated basis, the company has reported over 2-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 381.66 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 182.85 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 11.36% to Rs 4158.74 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 3734.54 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
