Castrol India has informed that the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, Link Intime India is in receipt of proper documents from shareholder in respect of their request for issuance of duplicate share certificate and the same has been approved on 16 February 2023. Accordingly, in compliance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25 January 2022, a Letter of Confirmation in lieu of the original share certificate is/will be issued to the concerned shareholders within the prescribed timelines, as enclosed.
