C&C Constructions has informed that the 4th Stakeholders Consultation Committee (SCC) meeting was called by the Liquidator of the company (‘Corporate Debtor’) on 14th February 2023 at 10.15 am and concluded at about 11.23 am to discuss the following agenda: The Liquidator informed the SCC Members about the NCLT hearing held on 08.02.2023, the SCC members advised the Liquidator on the manner of sale, e-auction price and other matters for 2nd round of e-auction process, the Liquidator discussed the marketing strategy, the Liquidator informed the SCC members about the JVs and SPVs and the Liquidator informed the SCC members about the BG letters. List of matters voted upon and voting results are enclosed.
