Mcnally Bharat Engineering Company has informed that Company has been advised by its Resolution Professional that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Fifteenth meeting of the Committee of Creditors (COC) of McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited (the corporate debtor), under Regulation 18 and 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 (CIRP Regulations) which was originally scheduled to be held at 11.30 AM on Monday, 20th February 2023, has been postponed to be held on Tuesday, 21st February 2023 in physical mode. The time and venue for the Meeting remains unchanged.
