Sam Industries has purchased land in Indore for total consideration of Rs 8.51 crore from the related parties i.e. Celestial Commercial, Sam Hoteliers & Resorts, Sam Project Developers & Sam Spintex and executed sale deed in favour of the Company i.e. Sam Industries. Earlier, the company had obtained the approval of the shareholders through Postal Ballot regarding the related party transactions for the purchase of land.

Sam Industries is one of the leading Soyabean processing units located in the hearts of the Soya belt in India.
